Good end to the year
Mac Roofing has recently been awarded 2 major new build contracts with principal contractor Wates Construction to end the year on a high!!
The first project which is currently on site is at Manchester University learning commons building. The works what are due to be finished early feb 2012 will included a new Hot melt system to the main roof area and a small sedum roof supplied by Sky gardens to the plant room roof.
The second project is due on site early next year is the new Bridge college - manchester. The works will comprise of a new speed deck metal decking sheet with a Resitrix EPDM green roof membrane incorporating 190mm roof insulation and a 2500m2 green roof supplied by Sky Gardens.
The total value across the 2 projects is in the region of 700,000.00
